The base plate includes pre-drilled mounting holes (mounting hardware is sold separately). Removable plastic top cap and black/yellow safety tape included. OBOL-53-4-5 has a height of 53 inches (4 feet 5 inches), an outside diameter of 4 1/2 inches with a base plate of 8 inches x 8 inches.
